Cause
Connection to a local control
station (e.g. device HMI) has been
interrupted.
Switching element (switch contact,
power semiconductors) too hot.
The motor feeder is overloaded.

Internal fan is dirty

(not rotating freely).
Connecting cable has fallen off

or is defective.

Check the connection between the HMI and

the device.
Check the connection between the PC and

the local device interface.
Check the ambient conditions associated

with cooling. You may want to consider
lowering the operating characteristics.
Check the number of switching operations.

Check the motor and the applications driven

by the motor.
You can switch on the motor again after the

cooling-off period has expired or after
deleting the thermal motor model.
Check the function of the fan.

Clean the fan.
•
Check the wiring.

Replace the fan.
