Hiding sensors that are not required

When selecting a basic diagram (operating line 100), sensors of unused partial dia-
grams will automatically be hidden.
Sensors that are contained in the basic diagram and that are not required must be
manually hidden. Otherwise, the relevant error message will appear on operating line
50 (missing sensor).
• By hiding sensors that are not required, terminal spaces will be freed that can be
used again when defining the auxiliary functions.

4.10 Source outside sensor B9

• The source of the outside temperature signal can be defined
The outside temperature can be acquired by an outside sensor connected directly to
the controller or the outside temperature signal can be transmitted to the controller via
LPB or PPS (BMU). When transmitting the outside temperature signal via LPB or PPS,
terminal B101 on the controller becomes available.
Setting range
0...1
The settings have the following meaning:
0
The outside temperature signal becomes available via LPB. In that case, some
other controller must acquire the outside temperature and transmit the signal via
LPB. If the controller receives no signal via LPB, error message 10 will appear
on operating line 50 (indication of error).
1
The outside temperature is adopted from outside sensor B9 which is connected
directly to the controller. If no outside sensor is connected directly to the control-
ler, error message 10 will appear on operating line 50 (indication of error).
4.11 Reduction first d.h.w. storage tank
temperature sensor B3
If not used, d.h.w. temperature sensor B3 must be hidden (deactivated).
Setting range
0...1
The settings have the following meaning:
0
The d.h.w. sensor at B3 is deactivated.
This means that the relevant sensor terminal becomes available for other use.
1
The d.h.w. sensor at B3 is activated.
When using a BMU (PPS or LPB) with integrated d.h.w. heating, sensor B3 can be
omitted.
