Button lock

To make handling the appliance easier, you

  ■ Set the desired temperature.

Automatic shut­off
For safety reasons this appliance is 
equipped with a two-stage automatic shut-
off function.
  ■ The appliance switches automatically to 
stand-by mode approximately 30 minutes 
after it was switched on or after the tem-
perature selector was adjusted for the last 
time. The display only shows OK.
  ■ The appliance switches off completely if 
no button is pressed within approximately 
15 minutes of the appliance switching to 
stand-by mode. The display is dark.
Note: To switch the appliance back on from 
stand-by mode, press either the switch 1
on/off or the temperature selector 2. The 
appliance will start to heat up once again.
If the appliance has switched off completely, 
the switch 1 on/off must be used to switch 
it back on.

Cleaning and maintenance
