Problem: The computer enters sleep mode (the sleep indicator turns on) immediately after Power-on self-test (POST). Make sure that the startup sequence in the BIOS Setup Utility is set so that the computer starts from the device you want.
Do the following: 1. Turn off your computer. 2. Press the Lenovo Care button to turn on the computer and immediately enter the Rescue and Recovery workspace. 3. After the Rescue and Recovery workspace opens, you can do the following: v Rescue and restore your files, folders, or backups.
Recovery workspace to restore the contents of the hard disk to an earlier state using any of the stored backups. You can use the Lenovo Care button to turn on your computer and enter the Rescue and Recovery workspace that runs independently of the Windows operating system.

You can increase the storage capacity of your computer by replacing the hard disk drive with one of greater capacity. You can purchase a new hard disk drive from your Lenovo reseller or a marketing representative. Notes: 1. Replace the hard disk drive only if you upgrade it or have it repaired. Under On-Site Service, your Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at your location. You must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the Lenovo product.
