Adjusting oven temperature
User programmable offset (UPO)
Your appliance has been factory calibrated and
tested to ensure an accurate baking temperature.
For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and
temperature recommendations carefully.
If you feel your oven is too hot or too cool from
your baking experience, the oven temperature may
be adjusted to your liking. The temperature may be
increased up to +35°F (+19°C) or decreased down
to -35°F (-19°C) from normal.
See the example below to decrease the
temperature in the upper oven.

1. Press and continue to press
USER PREF until you reach
the pre-set UPO mode

2. Press -lo to adjust the
temperature lower.
3. Use -lo to advance to -10

4. Press START/enter to accept or
press CANCEL/off to reject.
To set the temperature
higher use the hi+ key.
