To Uninstall the Touch Monitor driver:
Select Start > Programs > MultiTouch Driver > Uninstall MultiTouch Driver, then click Yes

Click Yes to confirm you want to remove the touch driver.
3.
Select Start > Programs > MultiTouch Platform > Uninstall MultiTouch Platform, then click
Yes to confirm you want to remove the MultiTouch Platform.
4.
Click Yes to confirm you want to remove the MultiTouch Platform.
Installing the software from the Internet
To install the touch driver from the Internet:
1.
Got to http://www.hp.com/support.
2.
Select your country/region.
3.
Select your language.
4.
Select Download drivers and software (and firmware) and enter you display model name and
number.
5.
Follow the instructions on the screen to download the Setup.exe file.
6.
Open the file and follow the directions in the InstallShield Wizard to install the software.
7.
To verify that the software installed, go to Start > All Programs, and ensure that the
MultiTouch Platform Software folder appears in the Start menu.
Calibrating the touch screen in Windows Vista and
Windows 7
It is not necessary to calibrate the touch screen when you initially begin using it. However, it may
become necessary at some point. To calibrate the touch screen:
1.
On the Windows 7 desktop, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC
Settings.
2.
On the Tablet PC Settings' Display tab, press the Calibrate button. The calibration window will
be displayed.
3.
On the calibration window, tap the crosshairs each time they appear in the corners of the screen.
When complete, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to save the calibration data.
4.
Select Yes on the dialog box to save the calibration data and close the calibration window.
Calibrating the Touch Screen Using MultiTouch Platform
in Windows XP
If it becomes necessary to calibrate the touch screen after installing MultiTouch Platform software:
1.
Go to Start > All Programs > MultiTouch Platform > MultiTouch Platform and select
Calibration. The Calibration dialog will appear on the screen.
2.
Press and hold the first black crosshairs as directed.
