Sensor replacement
1. Open the terminal cover.
2. Disconnect all cables with the operating tool.
3. Remove the cable gland and cable.
4. Disconnect the sensor potential equalization.

1. Remove locking screw of the "Terminal box power and I/O connection" and remove

5. Remove "Grounding screw for connecting grounding conductor".
6. Remove potential equalization from "Grounding terminal for potential equalization" (if
