To remove a battery pack
Slide the BATT release button in the
direction of the arrow while pressing down
the projection in the center of the BATT

• When you remove the battery pack, make
sure that none of the respective lamps of
the POWER switch (p.20) is on.
When storing the battery pack
Use up the battery pack completely if
you do not intend to use it for a long time
(p.107).
To use an outside power source
Make the same connections as you do when
charging the battery pack. The battery pack
will not lose its charge in this case.
