Setting the Date and Time:
Your new oven includes time functions that require the current time and
date to be set. It is therefore necessary to set the clock and date first.
The text on the display guides you step-by-step through the menu.
In order to access the "Clock" menu, a timer or cook time cannot be
running.
Note:
•
Press BACK to return to the previous screen.
•
Press CLEAR to clear the most recent number entered.
To set the clock:
Press CLOCK.
•

Enter the current time; for instance, for 11:30, press the keys
1 1 3 0.
The programmed time is displayed.
Press CLOCK.
•
Press 1 for am or 2 for pm (12-hour mode).
•
The clock is now set and operating. The menu item "Set date" is
displayed.
To set the date:
•
Set the clock as described above.
•
Enter the current year; for instance, for 2016 press the keys
2 0 1 6.
Press CLOCK.

Enter the current month (1-12).
Press CLOCK.
•
•
Enter the current day of the month.
Press CLOCK.
•
The date has been set. Date and time are displayed.
Setting the Oven Mode and Temperature:
Press ON/OFF to switch on the oven.

Double ovens: select the desired oven by pressing UPPER or
•
LOWER.
•
Press the desired oven mode.
The current oven temperature, oven mode symbol, name and
default temperature appear in the display:

Enter the temperature, for instance, press 4 0 0 for 400º.

The selected temperature appears in the display:

Press START. The oven starts.

Temperature Offset:
•
If your foods are consistently lighter or darker than your
preferences you can personalize your overall cooking
temperatures.
•
Do not use residential oven thermometers to evaluate oven
temperatures as they will fluctuate throughout cooking. It is
recommended to offset temperature to desired performance of
food.
How to Perform Temperature Offset
(single and double ovens):
Note:
When using Temperature Offset all of the following modes are affected:
Bake, Convection Bake, True Convection, Roast and Convection Roast.
Modes cannot be changed individually.
Press INFO.

Press 2 for Custom Menu.
•
Press 4 for More. Repeat.
Press 3 for Temp. Offset.
•
For Double Ovens Only-Press 1 for Upper Oven or 2 for Lower
•
Oven.
Press 1 to reduce oven temperature or 2 to increase oven
•
temperature.
•
Enter the number of degrees to reduce or increase the
temperature by (5° increments are suggested).
Press BACK.
•
Press 2 for Back with Changes.
•
Press INFO button to complete. Date and clock will appear on
•
screen.
