  • Page 5 NEWBORN COMFORT CUSHION Installation The Babocush can be placed directly on the floor. Make sure the straps (E) are fastened and tucked securely under the Babocush, out of reach. Place the Babocush on a carpet or rug as it may slip and slide on wood, tiles or any other smooth surfaced floor.
  • Page 6 NEWBORN COMFORT CUSHION Instructions for use To secure your baby into the Babocush, you must follow the instructions below carefully: 1. The vibrator should be tucked into the pouch in the mattress before fastening the Babocush to a bouncer or rocker. The vibrator is essential to help babies to settle (they tend to not settle as well without it).
  • Page 7 NEWBORN COMFORT CUSHION 3. The baby should be placed tummy down with their face to one side (You may place a muslin cloth below your baby’s face to avoid soiling the Babocush). The baby’s head should always be in the same position on the Babocush, no matter how large or small the baby is.

  • Page 10 NEWBORN COMFORT CUSHION Batteries This product requires 2 x 1.5v ‘C’ batteries. (Not supplied). To insert / replace the batteries: Remove the vibrator from the recess along the top edge of the Babocush. Undo the battery compartment by removing the screw and gently opening the catch. Fit batteries into the space provided, ensuring they observe the correct polarity (as shown on the product).
  • Page 11 NEWBORN COMFORT CUSHION Cleaning The mattress protector cover and fleece cover are removable and may be machine washed at 30 degrees. Please ensure the covers are replaced correctly after washing – the baby’s face symbol indicates where your baby’s head should lie. Place the mattress protector over the hump shaped side of the Babocush and then the fleece cover on top, ensuring that it is the correct way up.
