EPSON provides special type of media that are formulated for the ink used in EPSON ink jet printers. EPSON recommends using media that is distributed by EPSON to ensure high-quality results.
Page 23 When loading special media that is distributed by EPSON, read the instruction sheets packed with the media first and keep the points listed below in mind. ❏ Make sure that the printable side of the paper is facing up when loading media into the sheet feeder. Using Double-Sided Printing......2-1 Using Double-Sided Printing The EPSON Stylus COLOR 980 allows double-sided printing. There are two types of double-sided printing available. Standard double-sided printing allows you to print the odd-numbered pages first.

Using the Automatic mode When Automatic is selected as the Mode setting on the Main menu, the printer driver takes care of all detailed settings based on the current Media Type and Ink settings. Soft Focus This setting makes your photos look as if they were taken with a soft-focus lens. Sepia This setting applies a sepia tone to your photos.
