    Using a Title Menu Some movie discs may contain two or more titles. If the disc has a title menu recorded on it, the TOP MENU button can be used to select the movie title and related menu options. (The details of operation differ depending on the disc used.) Selecting a title may not be possible on certain DVD discs.

Some DVD discs contain a restriction level which enables parents to remove scenes or prevent playback of discs by children. DVD players are equipped with a password designed to prevent children from changing the restriction level settings.
