Filename must be "tv_pairing_hotel.txt" located in root directory.

--just 18 characters
Pairing Key is "KEY:0x****"
--hexadecimal text format (A～F, a～f, 0～9)
--just 32 characters
e.g.

Note:
Introduced secure communication between TV and Hotel command
server.
Only paired Hotel command server can control TV and command
to TV must be encrypted.
