D Allowable setting range: −2147483648 to +2147483647 [reference units]
D The positive software limit must be set in combination with the reverse software limit to spec-
ify the range of motion. Make sure that the forward software limit is greater than the reverse
software limit.
J Cn-0031: Reverse Software Limit
D Sets the reverse software position limit.
D Allowable setting range: −2147483648 to +2147483647 [reference units]
J Cn-001B: Positioning Completed Width
D Sets the positioning completed width (PSET).
D Allowable setting range: 0 to 250 [reference units]
J Cn-0007: Positioning Near Detection Width
D Sets the detection width for positioning completed nearly (NEAR).
D When the motor position moves within the this range for the target position, NEAR is set to
1 regardless of whether command distribution is completed.
D Allowable setting range: 0 to 10000 [reference units]
J Cn-001E: Position Error Overflow Range
D Sets the overflow detection level of the position error counter.
D Allowable setting range: 1 to 65535 [reference units]
D If the number of reference units per motor revolution (no. of encoder pulses × 4 × A/B) is
8193 or more, the range is the setting × 128. Therefore, the allowable setting range is 1 to
65535 [× 128 reference units].

7.1.5 Pulse-related Constants

The following pulse-related constants are available.
J Cn-0011: Number of Encoder Pulses
D Sets the number of pulses per encoder revolution.
D The setting can be changed only once after power is turned ON; do not change the setting
during operation.
D Sets Cn-0011 to 2048 P/R (SGM-VVV312) or 2000 P/R (SGM-VVV512) for an incremen-
tal encoder and to 1024 P/R for an absolute encoder.
J Cn-0024 (B) and Cn-0025 (A): Electronic Gear Ratio
D The electronic gear ratio A
ence unit.
