L2 per core and full 64-bit support (LS41).

2.8 GHz dual-core AMD Opteron 8220 processors, including 1 MB L2
per core and full 64-bit support (LS41).

Ability to install the LS21 and LS41 blade servers in the BladeCenter
T chassis (8720-2RX and 8730-2RX). Up to eight of the new LS21
1.8 GHz (45W) servers or up to four of the new LS41 2.2 GHz (68W)
servers may be deployed in the BladeCenter T chassis.
•
Two-way SMP processing (per socket) with a 1 GHz HyperTransport
processor link.
•
High-speed 1 GB (2 x 512 MB kit), 2 GB (2 x 1 GB kit), or 4 GB (2 x 2
GB kit) ECC DDR2 667 VLP SDRAM RDIMM memory standard;
Chipkill™ supported on 1 GB and larger DIMMs.
