New HP BIOS and Setup Utility Features
HP BIOS and the Setup utility are now available in 11 European languages.
A summary screen showing the PC Workstation's configuration can be viewed
by pressing
during POST.
The Setup utility now includes a Boot Menu, where you may select the order
of the devices from which the BIOS attempts to boot the operating system.
During POST, if the BIOS is unsuccessful at booting from one device, it will
then try the next one on the Boot Device Priority list until an operating
system is found.
An override on the boot priority can be made temporarily by pressing
during POST. A Boot Menu will appear on the screen, allowing a new boot
device to be chosen. This is only a temporary override, and the boot priority
will revert to that specified in the Setup utility for future boots.
In dual processor models, the second processor (Processor 2) may be
disabled using the Setup utility option found in the Multiprocessing Menu,
located under the Advanced Menu.
Checking and Changing the System Configuration

BIOS upgrades (English versions only) can be downloaded, onto diskettes,
from the HP World Wide Web site (refer to page 14). Multi-lingual BIOS
upgrades are available online from the Customer Support Center. Following
