Operating Instructions ⚠WARNING All welding must be performed by an AWS certified welder. It is the user's responsibility to be sure the structure that the mounting channel is welded to is capable of 5,000 lbs. vertical load and 25,000 lbs. gross trailer weight. - Page 7 Maintenance Interval Maintenance Point 1. Inspect for proper operation. 2. Inspect, in particular, the coupling area. Replace when the wear exceeds 1/8” from the original surface profile. The following should be performed 3.
