  • Page 6 DIN Rail module carrier. Replace the AC Panel front cover—4 screws—5/16 socket. Restart the plant by engaging any external AC breakers, the plant main AC breaker and the individual rectifier (charger) breakers. Page 6 © 2021 ABB. All rights reserved.
  • Page 7 Insert positive wires to lower positions and negative wires to upper positions. Torque each connection to 20 in-lbs. (2.6 Nm).   • Page 8 Caution: Confirm wires do not contact sharp or rough surfaces that may damage insulation and cause a short circuit. Verify all DC Panel breakers are off. Remove DC Panel cover (8 screws). Page 8 © 2021 ABB. All rights reserved.

  • Page 10 Correct insertion of the rectifier/converter will automatically add the unit to the controllers’ inventory of units. To remove a rectifier: Open latch fully to release and remove.     The converter(s) should start up and establish communications with their controller(s) – that may take 1-2 minutes. Allow several minutes to elapese for the controller to establish communications with the rectifier and converter and clear any initial alarms. Page 11 © 2021 ABB. All rights reserved.
  • Page 12 If LED [F] is Red, adjust values of resistance threshold down (R1 + R2). R1 adjusts in 10K ohm steps; R2 adjusts in 1K ohm steps, 11K ohm typical for 125V systems. b.
