    Using the SIM card/battery Your phone's display is delivered with a protective film. Remove this film before getting started. If the SIM card is credit card-sized, snap out the smaller seg- ment and trim any rough edges. Al- ways switch off phone before remov- ing the battery! Only 3V and 1.8V SIM cards are sup- ported.

    Codes PIN control You can stop the PIN prompt being activated when the phone is switched on, but you then risk unauthorised use of the phone. Press . Enter PIN and confirm §Change§ with §OK§ Change PIN You can change the PIN to any 4- to 8-digit number you find easier to remember.
