Replacing the fan

Procedure

Align the screw holes on the fan with the screw holes on the palm rest and
keyboard assembly.

Replace the screws that secure the fan to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.

Connect the fan cable to the system board.

Connect the I/O-board cable to the system board.
