Operates the input muting function with quick timing than relay when amplifier 1s OFF, to cut
the relay in non-signal for protection of contacts.

Mute driver
When the base of O3 is active high, 03 and Q4 are turned ON to activate muting function.

Input differential amp
Applies input to one end and negative feedback to the other end to determine the amplifying
gain, while setting the output of speaker ends to DC zero.
