    2U storage server The 2U storage server consists of one dx340 system-board tray with the storage enclosure installed in a 2U chassis. The storage enclosure provides four additional 3.5-inch hard disk drive bays for the system-board tray, for a total of five. Depending on the server configuration, you can configure the 2U storage server with up to four SAS 3.5-inch hard disk drives or up to five SATA 3.5-inch hard disk drives.
