    The instructions in this manual are for models VPL-CX86 and VPL-CX76. The illustrations of the VPL-CX86 are used for the instructions but any differences in operation are clearly indicated in the text.

    Inserting the card Insert the card facing the right side towards the front panel of the projector until it clicks. Notes • Never use a wireless LAN card other than the supplied one.

    Wireless LAN card (supplied) Setting the projector Insert the supplied wireless LAN card into the slot of the projector. Turn on the projector. Press the AIR SHOT key on the remote commander. The home display of Air Shot Version 2 appears.

    Setting up the projector Insert the supplied wireless LAN card into the slot of the projector. For details, see page 6. Turn on the projector. Press the AIR SHOT key on the remote commander. The home display of Air Shot Version 2 appears.

    If the browser of your computer is set to “Access the Internet using a proxy server,” enter the IP address of the projector in the box “Access the Internet without using a proxy server” when you have access to the projector from your computer.

    You can set the Owner information, Password, Date and Time, Mail Report, etc. Click [Apply] in the lower part of each window to update the projector to the data input in each window. Owner information This information is used for the Mail Report function.
