The placemat provides the number of screws and their sizes. NOTICE: When reinstalling a screw, you must use a screw of the correct diameter and length. If this is your first time to use the website, complete the one-time registration.   2. Enter the Service Tag for your computer or select the appropriate Dell™ computer.  Click Go.

     When to Use the Dell Diagnostics If you experience a problem with your computer, perform the checks in the "Solving Problems" section in your User's Guide or Owner's Manual and run the Dell Diagnostics before you contact Dell for technical assistance. Running the Dell Diagnostics may help you resolve the problem without contacting Dell. If you do contact Dell, the test results can provide important information for Dell's service and support personnel.
