PLACING CALLS
1. Lift the handset, press the Speaker key, or press
the programmable Line key to receive dial tone.
2. Enter the telephone number of the required
party.
3. Wait a few seconds for the call to be
automatically dialed.
4. When the dialed party answers, use the headset
or MIC to start the conversation.
USING PHONE FEATURE KEYS
1. Hold – Places current call on hold. To resume the
held call, press the Hold key.
2. Transfer – Initiates/completes a transfer.
3. Speaker – Full‐duplex speaker phone capability.
4. Recall – Refer to Hold.
5. Feature – This key displays a set of menu options
that provide additional capabilities.
6. Redial – Dials the most recently dialed number
again.
7. Conf – Initiates/completes a conference.
8. Answer – When the LED (15) is ON, press the key
to answer a waiting call.
9. Mic – Press this key to mute the microphone :
the LED is flashing. Press the key again to un‐
mute the microphone.
10. Directory – Opens the Personal Directory.
11. Message – Automatically dials to pick up voice
messages.

Up/
Down keys – Use to adjust the basic
settings on the phone.
13. Line Key – own telephone number.
14. Speed Dial Key – Automatically dials a number or
(de‐)activates a function.

BASIC SETTINGS
To adjust handset volume
Press the up/down
key in the off hook status
or during a call.
To adjust speaker volume
Press the up/down
key during speaker phone
operation, or during a call that is being played on the
speaker.
To adjust ring tone volume
Press the up/down
key during ringing.
