Telephone support is provided for troubleshooting and determination of parts to be shipped from GE Analytical Instruments to the customer in order to return the product to operation. If telephone support is not effective, the product may be returned to GE Analytical Instruments for repair or replacement.

Instruments will pay freight charges, exclusive of any taxes and duties, for replacement or repaired products shipped to the customer site. Customers shall pay freight charges, including all taxes and duties, for all products returning to GE Analytical Instruments. Any product returned to the factory without an RA number will be returned to the customer.
