Data buffering procedure

Perform necessary setting for buffering.

· Accumulation amount
· Sample trigger accumulation amount
· Self-stop

Transmit the start command and
start buffering.

Start data accumulation.
Start accumulation to the controller
memory.
*Start of accumulation differs
depending on buffering mode.

Wait until accumulation is completed.
The accumulation status can be
checked by "Status Readout".

Stop buffering by transmitting the
stop command.

Read out the accumulated data result.

・ Trigger counter readout
All the settings related to buffering cannot be changed during the buffering
operation. Change the settings after buffering operation stops.
