The installation resumes once your computer has restarted. • If the firewall function of your security software is turned on, a warning message may appear that Canon software is attempting to access the network. If such a warning message appears, set the security software to always allow access.
  • Page 3 Connecting to the Wireless LAN 1. From the Home screen, press the up or down arrows until LAN settings appears. Then press the function key underneath it.

Installation time varies depending on the computer environment or the number of application software to be installed.

This will show the last 5 digits of the printer's serial number. The serial number is found on a sticker on the back of the printer near the bottom.
