When installing a CPU unit or I/O unit in the cubicle,
be sure to mount them vertically, as shown in figure
(a) below. If they are mounted horizontally as
shown in figure (b), the air flow inside the module
will be restricted, resulting in temperature rise in it
and eventually short service life for it.
