When having shelved the pump for more than one year, perform maintenance on the pump and an oil exchange before recommissioning the pump.     Service at Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum Contamination If you send equipment to Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum indicate whether the pump is free of substances damaging to health or whether it is contamina- ted. If it is contaminated also indicate the nature of hazard. To do so, you must use a preprinted form which we shall send to you upon request.
