My connected printer does not print after the computer resumes from a power saving mode
To reset the printer connection, proceed as follows:

Right-click the My Computer icon on the desktop, then select Properties.

Click the Device Manager tab.

Select Refresh, then click OK.
The printer should now function properly.
My i.LINK™ device does not appear on the desktop
To see the i.LINK

Turn off and disconnect your i.LINK

Reconnect your device.

Turn on the power on the device again.
The icon should now appear on the desktop.
The connected i.LINK™ device is not recognized
Disconnect the i.LINK
You are strongly advised to use only Sony i.LINK
