HP OpenGL Release Notes of PA-RISC Based Systems

Note: These release notes are cumulative and contain information about the
HP-UX 11.0 Additional Core Enhancements (ACE) December, 2002 release, plus
information that pertains to the June, 2000 application release.

1. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Dependency on June, 2000 Quality Pack for HP-UX 11.00: The Quality Pack for
HP-UX 11.00 (June 2000) should be installed in order to use this release of
OpenGL.
The box containing the December, 2002 "HP-UX 11.0 Install and Core OS" CD-ROM
will also hold a second CD-ROM entitled "HP-UX 11.0 Core Operating Systems
Options." The OpenGL run-time and developer's products are both available on
the "HP-UX 11.0 Core Operating Systems Options" CD-ROM in the "Graphics and
Technical Computing Software" bundle.
The version of OpenGL shipped with the HP-UX 11.0 Additional Core
Enhancements (ACE) December, 2002 release is supported on Series 700 and 800
computers.
2. WHAT'S IN THIS VERSION?
The version of OpenGL shipped with the HP-UX 11.0 Additional Core
Enhancements (ACE) December, 2002 release is basically the same as the
version shipped with the July, 1999 Workstation ACE for HP-UX 10.20. The
following changes have been made:
* Support of New Devices: hp Fire GL-UX
Note: 2D/3D Distributed Single Logical Screen (SLS/d) for OpenGL is not
supported with this release.
