4-2. Attaching of the Elasto coupler
Attach the Elasto coupler to the probe as shown in the figure below.
Mount the Elasto coupler on the protrusions on the side of the probe and make sure that it is firmly
attached to the probe.

The Elasto coupler evenly distributes the pressure applied to the patient to which the probe is attached when
displaying images using real-time tissue elastography. Do not press onto the patient using any more force
than is necessary.
Be careful not to damage the ultrasonic irradiation area by the corners or other parts of the Elasto coupler.
