3. Disassembly and Assembly Procedures Disassembly SOP Preparation before disassemble 1. Clean the room for disassemble 2. Identify the area for monitor 3. Check the position that the monitors be placed and the quantity of the monitor; prepare the area for material flow; according to the actual condition plan the disassemble layout 4. - Page 7 4. Disassemble Rear Case from monitor. 5. Tear off 2 Foil-tape from Panel and disinsert camera cable from Main Board. 6. Unlock 2 screws and disassemble camera Torque : from Rear Case. 4.5±0.5 Kg-cm Screw: (SCRW TAP CAP M3*6L B- 1.
- Page 8 3. Tear off 1 tape. 4. Pull the wire from Camera Board. 5. Remove Camera Board from hinge. 1. Tear off Mylar and disinsert Key Board wire from Main Board. 2. Tear off 2 tapes from lamp wire & Speaker then disassemble cable from Main Board.
- Page 9 5. Unlock 9 Middle Frame screws. Screw: Torque : (#SCRW MACH 7.0±0.5 Kg-cm FLATM3*0.5P*4.5L ZN) 6. Disassemble Shielding from panel. 1. Disassemble Middle Frame from Panel. 2. Disassemble Speaker from Middle Frame. Torque : Screw 7.0±0.5 Kg-cm driver 3. Remove tape and unlock 3 screws to remove Key Board.

3.2 Assembly SOP Preparation before assemble 1. Clean the room for work 2. Identify the area for material 3. Prepare the implement, equipment and materials as bellow: 1) Working table 2) Screw-driver 3) Glove 4) Cleaning cloth 5) ESD protection After unplugging the power cord, the power board still have power energe. - Page 12 4.
