If the toner has not been properly freed by shaking the cartridge, a noise may be heard when turning on the printer and the EP Cartridge may be damaged.

If the Trayless Duplex is installed, first open the Trayless Duplex, then open the left cover. If the Envelope feeder is installed, remove it first, before attempting to clear the jam.
