You can configure the RSCN timer.

Purpose
Enters global configuration mode.
Enables RSCN timer configuration distribution.
Sets the event time-out value in milliseconds for the
specified VSAN. The range is 0 to 2000 milliseconds.
Setting a zero (0) value disables the timer.
Reverts to the default value (2000 milliseconds for Fibre
Channel VSANs).
Commits the RSCN timer configuration to be distributed
to the switches in the specified VSAN.
