Inserting an expansion module
In order to insert an expansion module, proceed as follows:
Hazardous voltage. Will cause death or serious injury.
Turn off and lock out all power supplying this equipment before working on the device.
Replace all covers before power supplying this device is turned on.
Note:
An additional cover is included in the scope of delivery to guarantee a stable attachment of
the expansion modules. This is used if the device is exposed to strong vibrations.
1. Remove the protective cover of the slots.
2. Attach the hinged hook of the expansion module to the fixture of the ATC6500.
3. Insert the expansion module.
Press on the expansion module until it latches into place.
4. Remove the bolts in accordance with the figure.
5. Then attach the stabilization cover by fitting the two previously removed bolts.
