Determining the current Microsoft Windows firmware level
To determine the level of Microsoft Windows firmware that is currently installed,
complete the following steps:
1. Go to the Windows Device Manager.
2. Find the Tape Device and expand it.
3. Right-click the device driver for the tape device.
4. Left-click Properties.
5. Choose the Driver Detail Tab.
This will display the registry entry for the tape drive and the Microsoft Windows
revision level on the tape device.
