If the bearing lock nuts are being replaced, use the original lock nuts
for installing the bearings and seals, if possible, to preserve the
patch lock feature of the new lock nuts. Use the new nuts only after
the bearings and seals have been installed.
2.
Position a new bearing, black assembly washer and a bearing lock nut onto
each end of the roller shaft.
3. Tighten the bearing lock nuts until both bearings are seated in the roller.
4. Remove the bearing lock nuts and the black assembly washers.
