USING YOUR APPLIANCE Before using your coffee maker for the first time, be sure to: Check all accessories are complete and the unit is not damaged. Fill the water tank to the maximum level on the water gauge and boil the water several times without any ground coffee, then discard the water. -

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning. Never immerse the unit or power cord in water - or any other liquid.
