5.5. Stream Alignment

This section describes stream position alignment.
● Wear protective gear (goggles and mask) when operating.
● If any ink or makeup enters your eyes or mouth, immediately flush with warm or cold water and
consult a physician.
● Before ejecting the ink, make sure that there is no one in the ejection direction. (Operate with
the end of the print head inserted in a beaker, etc.)
Perform stream position alignment when the nozzle or nozzle orifice has been replaced. Stream alignment is not
usually necessary.
● Adjust the stream position so that the stream ejected from the nozzle is in the center of the gutter.
● You need to adjust the stream position in two directions: horizontal and vertical.

Remove the print head cover in the stop state and put the end of the print head in the beaker to be ready
for makeup ejection.

Move to the second screen of the [Circulation control] screen and press Ink stream alignment.
[Circulation control] (2/3) screen (selecting [Ink stream alignment])
● Press the OK key on the [Ink stream alignment] screen, and makeup is ejected.
